AMAZING !! I was their in the office to change my Tax class. I was greeted by a gentleman sitting right next to the entry gate. He extended his support by communicating in English. Did my work politely. Said a good bye with a smile and I was good to go. It's nice to experience humble and helping people, specially when you are in a different country and are already struggling to settle. Thanks !

Very sad service! Extremely unfriendly and disrespectful staff working there - not helpful at all. Only tax office in Germany that is so rude and works so awfully slow.

The telephone availability went very quickly. Only the gentleman on the phone was pretty rude and not really helpful.
