I cannot leave Mr. Lühr's assessment as it is. I've only had the best experiences with the employees. All super nice. Every time my son gets book recommendations tailored to him on the shelf. The gentleman who scans the books is also very nice and personable. Maybe some people need to reflect on their own demeanor. So from the forest and so ... I think the book bus is great!

Rude staff. Under all pig, was like that in my childhood and has not changed.
