Always very friendly receipt of my donations in kind - I've been there several times with different employees. I also found the store to be well organized and have already discovered and acquired a lot there. Recommendable!

Unfriendly assumption, you are treated as if you want to give away garbage. Called in advance and said it will be a little more. Almost sent back with everything ..

Extremely unfriendly employee, which has treated us very pejorative. Also, the business model that goods are displayed in the window, but only sold at a certain later date ("If several interested decides the cube"), I find extremely questionable.

It has happened to me twice already that the clothes I wanted to donate were not good enough. A small lint was criticized. My clothes are and were almost like new. The employees should put a little more emphasis on the meaning and purpose of Oxfam.
