I highly doubt the quality of vehicle cleaning and disinfection. At the time of returning the car, the person who attended to me asked me, not very kindly, to clean the car in order to deliver it to the next customer. Since the car was not very dirty, I cleaned it myself with a vacuum cleaner that the sales agent lent me. Maybe it saved me from an extra cleaning cost? In any case, cleaning and disinfecting vehicles in these times is their obligation, not mine. Unprofessional and an imminent risk to public health.

Navi didn't work, dirty windows and old bottle left in car. Empty windscreen fluid. Was it cleaned for the virus? Hmm.

The most disrespectful customer service in Bonn. I called and spoke fluent German. I was told, they had a car for me. As I arrived the customer service was soo rude. I felt disrespected and racially profiled. Never again.

I rented from there few of times, was mostly fine. but last time was a disaster. They had a car from the category I booked and the car was ready to go, but the salesman tried to convince me to get a bigger car and to buy some other extras. After getting tired of his arguements I took a bigger car. The car I took was not ready and was not tested, from the get go it had a warning sign that I thought because it was cold. After 20 KM the motor had severe issues and I had to drive back to their office to return the car. That caused me a lot of stress driving only 60 KMH on the highway. A lot of time was wasted, to contact them and drive back was and get the other car and sign the contract again. Eventually I got the car I booked and it was in good shape, so he was not supposed to be selling me another one in the first place. The worst part is that they didn't even apologize for all the trouble and was extremely rude. Never Again Avis !!
