Recently, I bought a car from the RKG Bonn with the full support of Mr. Maximilian Ilg. He provided all the needed information on the intended car and helped in the process of financing as well as the registration. He also speaks English, which makes communication easy for those that are not full in German. Very nice experience and I would highly recommend the company as well as Mr. Ilg.
You talk to ask about a problem your car, has over the phone a very nice person listens to you and tells us that you can help us. You arrive at the appointment after planning your time and you arrive thinking of the person of the Telefon, and you get another service kind person also but not optimized and positive by winning a new costumer. My second visit as the new owner of a Mercedes Benz was not the best, a problem for which I took the car, they made me a charge, which resulted in another place not being necessary, the second problem remained unsolved.
