My wife and I had recently moved into Germany when our tire failed. ADAC was wonderful and assisted in getting the car to this shop. From there the experience was awful. The staff was not very helpful and even told my wife, who speaks a little German but not well yet, that “when in Germany, you speak German.” I’ll remember that once my German is up to their level...and never go back.

If you don’t speak German, forget this place. Totally unfriendly and not willing to make business. 3 weeks ago I got an appointment for 2 tires change the next week. When I showed up at the time scheduled, they said me that the tires were not available. They told me then that they will call me. They never called. And this morning when I went to the garage to have some information about when the work could be done, I have not been well received, the personnel was totally disrespectful, not helping at all. I decided to quit as it was a terrible situation.

Avoid this service if possible. Unfriendly personal, could not found my online booking, tried to offer me another date in 1 month for wheel exchange. Opens at 7:30, but starts working about 8:00. There are better around to go like ATU
