We have been very satisfied customers for years. From day one, we were given great advice and always received excellent prices and services. Even with our old cars, the first thing we did was look at cost-effectiveness and meaningful repair. And repaired after consultation and effort. Our cars were basically very reliable and safe. Unfortunately, you don't have that that often anymore. Even with our new cars, we continue to come to Mr. Neufeld. Top keep it up.

No clarification about the price! I was casually confronted with the fact: "The service is performed and so much has to be paid"! I was told on the phone that I was told on site what the costs would be. I was not told on the phone that the determination was subject to a charge. I was only informed about it on site, and of course I raised my discontent. Despite this reaction, I was not informed by telephone in advance how high the costs would be. After about two hours an astronomical sum is waiting. After two hours of waiting, they suggested that you can undo the situation and "suck out" the liquid. So wait. That is why the claim to be casually presented to facts, where on the one hand you have lost time and of course depend on the matter. Angry about the lack of proper clarification beforehand.
