Preferably zero stars.
I gave up after a long search and kindly asked a lady about a product. Was turned on so rudely and it also seemed more important to talk to a friend. Afterwards I was at DM and I was helped very quickly.
friendly team, you can go shopping without a mask when you are free.
Top, clean, clearly arranged, good management, helpful from the cashier to the branch manager ....
I stood at the cash register to buy something to drink.
When the lady at the cash register in front of me finished shopping and had to pack, I waited behind her.
When it was my turn, the employee at the cash register, Mr. Sommer (I could see this on his name tag), scanned my product and just looked at me in silence and didn't say.
I thought I had overheard him and said please so that he can repeat the amount to me again.
Again he didn't and looked at me disparagingly and mutely.
When I asked him what I had to pay, he only said that it would be there !!!
What I find an absolute cheek that he stares at me and what I should pay after several requests.
When he was supposed to give me my change, he just put it on the roll and the money just slide down to the farthest corner.
Instead of putting the money in the shell, behavior like that is just not human
I was easily in shock and couldn't react. But I've never seen anything like it in my entire life.
Something derogatory ...
I am deeply shocked that there are such people.
Sure this is an isolated case, but I wish it didn't happen again.
