Reviews
Unfortunately, I cannot join the other reviewers!
In my opinion, some teachers completely overreact as soon as the situation becomes too much for them!
For example, my very first impression of this school was this: a child was yelled at by a teacher in such a way that she burst into tears! The reason for this was that you could clearly hear that this student came to school on a bicycle again and again!
Furthermore, the opinions of individual conflicting parties are repeatedly ignored, as the opinions of the other parties fit better into the overall perception and thus personal aversions towards individual students are placed above the neutrality of a supervisor! Schoolchildren do not have the opportunity to justify themselves concretely and completely, to present the point of view from your point of view and thus perhaps to be rehabilitated a little!
It is more likely to be judged and punished according to the principle “the child was conspicuous earlier, so it is solely up to this child” than according to the principle of presumption of innocence “in case of doubt for the accused”! This then continues into the “grading or assessment”, where the actual level of knowledge is rarely graded, but rather personal discrepancies gain the upper hand! Conflicts that arise with the parents as a result of this behavior are also transferred to the grading and assessment of the children!
The concept of individual teachers in conflict resolution or in dealing with unusual situations is also absolutely incomprehensible to me! As an example, the seating arrangement is added here, according to which students can sit down to whom they want (whom I am basically open to)! If, however, one or more children have behavioral problems in class, they are set apart from other children, who in turn are punished because their neighbors are also being relocated! However, this “educational measure” is usually of short duration, because after the next school vacation it can be implemented again according to the “I want to sit with you principle”, so in my eyes the student only has the end of the vacation in mind, after that it is anyway everything as before!
Even the sickness rate of individual teachers is exorbitantly high, behind the scenes one is actually amazed when these individual teachers work longer than four weeks!
All in all, after talking to some acquaintances, I also found out that these things have been known for a long time, only unfortunately nothing changes (which, incidentally, was the reason for some classmates to change schools or to another school right from the start visit)! The worst thing about the whole situation is, of course, that those who suffer are the students, our children, our successors, our inheritance!
I would like to add that I do look for mistakes first of all in my child (which is not always the right way, I know) and God knows my child is not an orphan either! However, some of the things are just hair-raising, incomprehensible and so exaggerated that I just believe that silence is the wrong signal!
Conclusion: I have seldom encountered so much unprofessionalism and uncompromising attitude!
A great elementary school with great teachers and a great sports hall.
They still exist, the school with dedicated teachers and a very nice janitor: Where? HERE!!!
Very nice and well-kept school. Great grounds, friendly teachers and very great principal.
