Usually very good. Not today though. Got there 6 minutes early, doors were open, marketing stuff being wheeled out. Someone with an ounce of client focus would have said: "Please come in, we are not yet open but look around in the mean while, we will serve you shortly". What happened? A peremptory " We are closed!" Standing outside in the cold, l was just about to go straight back home and place an order from my usual internet SA wine merchant when I was rather reluctantly let in. Germany and client focus are contradictory terms!
Super friendly people, who are very helpful picking out wines. The tasting definitely helped too. Bijan would probably like their Impossible Red.

Unfortunately, I was simply sent without question another vintage of the ordered wine. This is Qualitatively much worse and I would not have ordered. The reversal process has not been done for nearly 14 days and my money is gone because prepayment is required. Communication is slow.
Fortunately, I've never experienced anything like it. Errors happen, but then you have to solve this customer-oriented.
The wine with my desired vintage, however, you can still put in the cart. Actually, he is no longer available ??? But maybe the next customer will not mind the wrong year.
Unfortunately our request for a wine could not be met. We were only put off twice when asked. Ultimately, we found the wine at another dealer. Communication with the customer could be better. Maybe another time.
