The guy has just charged me 8.50 euro for copying a tiny key mail box key. I can't believe it! I feel like I was frauded 😢

I wouldn't even give a star! I was in the shop today with my 11-year-old cousin who wanted to have a bracelet engraved for her mom. After we were asked by the seller if you could engrave this by hand, we agreed and handed the silver bracelet over there. What we found out afterwards was that the two letters were crooked and crooked. The C looked like an E and the B was engraved so deep down that you couldn't even see the lower bow of the B! We also got the chain dirty again. After we went back to the store and complained about this, the saleswoman became very rude! We would have been told that it would be engraved by hand. There was no excuse and no one was accommodating! We went to another jeweler who engraves by hand himself. It told us that this is the worst job he has ever seen! It is unbelievable how the customer is treated in the shop and we were also insulted with the words: whether we were mentally handicapped! I do not recommend anyone to go here!

Resoled in August 2019, n The soles came off after 14 days. It has been reworked. But did nothing. Seller unfriendly, not recommended.

Service and performance may be ok, I did not enjoy it, because the price for two drone shields was simply the 700% like internet. That was nothing.

I came totally harried in the store. I had to engrave a challenge cup and had only two days left. The cup was finished engraved within 20 minutes. My day was saved and I went home happy. These are definitely 5 stars. Thank you thank you thank you!!
