We ordered a metal door from the company, custom-made. Boss himself was there to measure. We got an offer, I accepted. Time passed, I heard nothing. After asking several times, there was finally an appointment. The door came, the door was taken back after five minutes, it didn't fit. Two days passed. No reaction. Two days passed and, believe it or not, there was again no reaction. I called and asked. Finally, a callback from someone who had finally taken care of the matter. The door would have to be remodeled. Well, delivery 2 weeks later. Door fits. Then the bill came without a word. I then called the company and asked the boss to call him back, who - as always - was not there. I'm still waiting for the callback and any apology from him, and not just a response from some employee for complaining. The door finally fits well. And yes, things can go wrong, we're all just human. But I would have expected that someone would actively take matters into their own hands and above all give us feedback. Every time I had to call, not to mention an apology. It was unbelievably arduous and it cost me nerves. I expect more from a professional company.

The advice is really great. We are interested in a new front door. The employee of Mr. Landsberg has without hesitation ordered a metal sample from the manufacturer to convince us of the quality of the surface. We feel very well cared for.

Competent specialist company, which has made us a great canopy for our house (new building).
