Great system: when you drive in, the license plate is scanned and no ticket is issued. However, a number of the ticket is required in order to be able to re-enter the car park. The friendly employee on the hotline was able to grant us entry from afar, but was unable to explain how this great system works. I've never experienced anything like it and can't be beat in terms of pointlessness. I would like to understand what the operator was thinking! We weren't the only ones standing in front of closed doors!

Prices: 2 € per hour, max. I personally find 20 € for 24h too expensive for the area. As a long-term parker in 2019, 60 € now, 2020 around 65 €. I'm already looking for alternatives. Certainly also has to do with the fact that the technology / organization for the cards failed at the beginning, some cards in the company disappeared and the ones I received were not activated, so that as a long-term parker I still had to pay € 20 a day when it came the barrier has taken too long for someone to pick up. The boss of the parking garage wanted to report due to goodwill for the additional parking costs incurred. I've been waiting for this for months. Customer service looks different.
