Although I did not make use of the service (due to the changed traffic routing I drove into the parking garage so that I would not become an obstacle for others), I had to pay for the started hour despite 6 minutes including payment. On the hotline there was a clear no for the refund. At that time you still had a buffer where you could drive out free of charge.
