Via Groupon I (m / 59) had booked a voucher for a full-body relaxation massage. On time I arrived in the art nouveau house. No one was to see on the ground, which is obviously used as an apartment .. Only by loud shouting I found the reception one floor higher. There was then a strong Lord ready for the massage. I have no problem, medical massages, e.g. to be treated by a man as part of a physiotherapy. However, I do not want to do that in relaxation and well-being massages, treatment and touch are two different pairs of shoes. An alternative was not offered to me, an email not answered, the money is not refunded. In short: I felt the whole thing unhappy, unprofessional and annoying.
