NEVER reachable by phone. Want extra certificates from employers that even the employer (large company) has never heard of. And then you get a period of 7 days ... I bet no matter what we submit, it will not be taken into account in the tax return anyway.

Incredible and incompetent! Payment request sent to me, but mandatory contributions, job ticket from my wife, maintenance payments not taken into account! Not even all expenses for dentures ...

Since I have lived in Wuppertal, I have never had any problems with this FA. On the contrary, my sister is amazed at how quickly I can get my income tax return back. I just had to explain something over the phone. Called the gatekeeper briefly and he passed me on, quickly solved the problem nicely and competently. There is nothing to complain about.
