Friendly and quick as per usual. Car was upgraded to a better one and service was great again. Had a friendly chat both the staff while picking up the car. Full recommendation.
When O got the car they did not show me if there is any scratch on the car. In return however they were around the car for 20 min and mention every little scratch on bumper that was even difficult to see and blamed me for that. While I had not even park close to a bush to cause even a scratch. But it was no way to prove. One employee was nicer and tried to say it can be polished but the other was saying no and it must be repaired..... It felt that they make money this way...
I truly wish that none of those people that work there are treated in a foreign country the way they treated us. SUPER UNFRIENDLY! The gentleman at the counter was the worst person to deal with people. Please find a job where you don't have to communicate directly with customers. Rolling his eyes at basic questions and answering them with mumbled one word answers. On top of it, we paid for a larger car and they gave us a lower model and insisted that it was a similar sized car. A disgrace to German tourism
They need to be a little bit more patient and friendly. But over all, they helped me with what I need it
A bit slow but all in all decent enough service.
