Schapers Classic Cars

Uwe is just a great guy. Does the best work and always has a suitable story ready.

I have made several repairs for my Volvo 245 from the year of construction 1993 there because this had a repair backlog when buying. The workshop master Uwe Schaper always personally takes care of every concern and helps competently, now my Volvo stands much better there, and at an absolutely fair price. If you are looking for a personal workshop where not only good service is required, but also good human relations and fair prices are absolutely right here.

I have consistently had bad experiences with this workshop and with the initially friendly Mr. Schapers. In my opinion anyway, it is more about a car dealer than a workshop. The repairs carried out on my Volvo led either to no improvement or to a worsening of the condition. The money for the less detailed bill, which only includes working hours and VAT. contained, although supposedly parts for the rear brakes were installed, I would have thrown out of the window better, because then at least not follow-up costs were incurred in the same amount. I tried to clarify this, but both several visits to the workshop, as well as calls and a letter, were unsuccessful or were simply ignored. Really good there, however, is inventing stories when it comes to a used car to the man to bring. A car I had previously considered myself in Ennepetal, which cost there 20000 €, came when he offered me to Schapers Classic Cars, suddenly from Wuppertal and had allegedly cost € 23000, which was € 25,000 "of course" bargain, as I was assured. Also, when I said that this car was from Ennepetal and cost only € 20,000, you stayed on sale for a less expensive story without batting an eyelid. Basically, this is nothing new when it comes to car sales, but if you make it to the extent of "good friend", as happened with Schapers Classic Cars, it is a bit annoying. It's just about your money, nothing else!
