Attractive range of goods at reasonable prices ... However, the staff could be more friendly ... Today I asked about the bread from the current brochure and was pointed out rather brusquely that it was not in stock ... maybe I, as a suit wearer, did not match that preferred target group 😉 Well ... the rest of the purchase was unproblematic 😆

Currently NO ENTRY without a shopping cart - perfectly fine - full understanding! However, this IMPORTANT information should also be marked in such a way that it can be seen by all customers from ALL directions and can therefore be followed. The information could not be seen from the direction from which the customers are coming (entrance) - information is on a board side which points into the shop! When you leave the store, you notice ... The other side of the board / entrance was empty ... For this "offense" I was attacked (only when paying) to such an extent that it was under all pig! Completely condescending behavior in front of other customers as well --- Although I apologized! Well - it's your own fault if you buy organic at discount price, you have to expect that staff will also be paid dicounter, as friendliness is probably the level below dicounter .... NO GO !!! Never again !!! TIP: The board has 2 sides, just label both - it can help!

Positive: Good range of goods with a lot of choice, also for people with gluten intolerance. It would be nice to offer more products from the region instead of products with long transport routes. Negative: The quality of the vegetables is very variable. Sometimes really nice and fresh, but more often withered to badly rotten (recently especially with onions and garlic). One option would be to offer the heavily jumbled-up one for less money. Then you can take it with you and try to utilize the still usable parts. I don't see paying the full price for goods, two thirds of which I have to dispose of. - the employees are sometimes really rude and sloppy. Let your employees know that they live from the fact that customers like to come to the store. If there were more competition in town, fewer customers would be guaranteed.
