For me, the store is actually in an ideal location. And because there are also good and inexpensive products here, I was happy to go shopping here. But I've been avoiding this shop for some time because the aisles between the shelves are way too narrow. To survive this without infection, I would have to wear three masks on top of each other.

Tight store. Many products are not refilled. Prices should partly be compared with other shops. I bought a ballpoint pen. At Rewe it was cheaper than € 3. So I exchanged again. Since I assume that Rossmann no longer pays for the goods like Rewe, I was disappointed with the difference. Great parking in front of the shop! In the shop, an employee takes care of the shopping carts so that not too many customers come into the shop and disinfects the handles of the shopping carts. I think that's great! Friendly staff.

I have rarely seen such an unfriendly employee as there. Take a break in the shop and complain with "I'm working on here" after you tell them that the snake ends somewhere else. She clearly chose the wrong profession.

Thanks to the unfriendly cashier, I preferred to do my shopping in another drugstore. I will definitely not shop there again. In terms of tone, I would have thought I was in the Bundeswehr. Availability of goods and the range is good, but 2 stars.
