Employees are unfriendly there and don't help you with problems. Bought a Spotify card and nothing worked. Just refer you to Spotify customer service. You should also have an idea of the products you sell. Just incompetent employees!

Totally great staff! When I was shopping there with my 5-week-old baby and he started crying in the queue at the checkout, an older lady offered me what I found incredibly friendly. However, a second cash register opened and the cashier called me immediately and even helped me clear the shopping cart. So just really great, friendly and courteous staff! The shop itself is smaller than other Rossmann shops, but tidy and clean. It is also one of the few Rossmann stores in Wuppertal that has a parking space. In addition, there has always been a very friendly clientele there. I really enjoy shopping here!

Wanted to buy toilet paper with me unfortunately had to find that there was nothing more. As I drove past there saw how the employees closed the shop after work and everyone armed with 2 packets of toilet paper got into their cars and took them home.

Korean olive spirit, etc .. There are a variety of items, a place for women to shop. There are lots of useful things to look around in every corner.

Very nice staff! Also always super friendly to my children. The only thing I think is really stupid, is that the winding option is gone. That was always so handy in an emergency. Now there is absolutely no opportunity to wind in the village. Therefore a star deduction.
