As communicated by phone in advance, price was without surcharges. Price performance good. The gentleman who came was very friendly, quick and didn't destroy anything on the door when it was opened. If I lock myself out again I would call here again!

It cost my neighbor € 320 to open the door. No matter how it should be put together according to the owner, it seems to me as if people are being exploited in their need. Not the evening rate, no weekend, no public holiday.

Well .. should come after 20 minutes. Arrived after 1:35 hours. A star deduction for that. Should cost € 120. Suddenly they were 240 when paying. Apparently because the door was so well secured. You just can't prove it, because you don't want to discuss it, you get paid. But also 2 star deduction. Opaque and not mentioned during the process. Generally very polite and friendly but questionable due to the sudden additional costs.
