Can't open the door on a weekend. Mr. Hüseyin was very professional: First he sent pictures from the door by cell phone and had the situation described in order to be able to assess the lock. Then he made us a really good fixed price! (Cheaper than the competition in the same place.) Especially considering that it was a neighboring town of Wuppertal, where he had to go. On site it took a little while but then the door was open and everything was fine! We are very satisfied and can absolutely recommend this locksmith especially for emergencies! :-)
