NEVER AGAIN !!! I handed in a DPD parcel for shipping, which was only acknowledged very reluctantly and after long discussions. When the recipient complained about the package after five days, I found that the package had still not been forwarded and was still exactly where I was supposed to put it five days earlier. Only after my complaint - i.e. 5 (five) days after posting! - the package was handed over to the driver of the parcel service. Now I have to clarify the problems resulting from the almost a week late shipping ... Conclusion: I will never again enter this shop with its extremely unfriendly employees or use any of the company's services!

I can't understand how to rate this store badly. Very friendly, confident and great value for money. The door was opened for € 65 without harming anything. A buddy paid € 95 over a weekend. Can recommend it with a clear conscience.

I was trying to give and sign only one instead of two packages. I asked to look again. Again, it was done willingly and naggingly. Then the tablet was enough to be signed with the fingers that had just touched the face. (in Corona time) I asked politely to briefly clean the device with a Zewa. There was only a shout at the cost of 20 cents. Dan was thrown out. I would never enter this locksmith again personally!
