Was there to have two apartment keys copied. The employee said she wasn't an expert and I should come back if the keys don't fit. They didn't do that either, they could be inserted into the cylinder but not turned. So I have to go over again to hopefully get a working key. Until then it will stay with two stars! Update: The second time you tried it, the keys fit! If something can go wrong, it wasn't so tragic now.
