I really can't agree with this review. Both the therapists and the receptionist are always friendly and do their best to accommodate the patients with appointments and treatment. Time is taken and really helped. If physiotherapy then Physiolina !!!

The staff and therapists are super nice, I recommend many of the therapists. The lady at the front desk is unfortunately very, very unfriendly and not helpful. Of course, everyone can have a bad day. However, the lady is neither friendly on the phone nor in person. I work with people myself or in a service industry and always try to find ways and solutions. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the receptionist. I would be happy or recommend to change something about this basic attitude :). My 3 stars go to the therapists!
