In short about fraudsters! There is nothing bad to say against the service, but with the fact that you are an insurance customer at Allianz and you state that and then you say "No problem, everything will be handled by the insurance company" although your car glazier is not a contract partner of Allianz and you I find it really outrageous to have to pay 20% of the costs yourself. The customer is intentionally kept in ignorance until the service is completed and one has to pay. Thank you very much. I wonder why I didn't take out a deductible if I had to pay something ...
