Today I made the effort to drive from Erfurt to Nordhausen to get an offer for an engine overhaul on my 126 coupe. I deliberately avoided calling or emailing. As a rule, you cannot get a binding response to a telephone inquiry, and often no response at all to e-mails. So off to NDH. The visit to the company lasted maybe 5 minutes, then I was back in the car. After I briefly presented my request, I got the answer: "I don't feel like it."
I was a bit perplexed but yes, that also seems to be entrepreneurial freedom. At this point, however, I would like to remind you of Schröter's own claim: "We offer you individual solutions for almost every problem with your combustion engine." Perhaps you should add on the homepage: "... if we feel like it and because of unimaginable wealth is not exactly closed. "This is of course pure sarcasm. But what you could actually do is to specify the services you can or want to provide and not to suggest that you will be happy to take care of every engine. I am disappointed with the appearance of the boss / the company. That was nothing!
