A stroke of fate in the family has actually forgotten a small bill - something that never happens to me otherwise. Instead of just remembering how NORMAL people and reputable companies do, this craftsman called me and threatened with a lawyer right at the beginning. When I asked if he thought it normal to threaten a lawyer right now instead of just remembering the payment, the man became sarcastic. Conversation ended, bill paid immediately and then all friends and family warned against ever using this company.
