Had a fixed appointment to replace three Velux windows and the attic was cleared. Whoever did not come was the roofer. There was also no cancellation. After I then canceled the order via SMS, an apology came, unfortunately too late. I'm sorry, but you don't need that kind of behavior towards the customer at this time.
