Great service and always had a car for me when I needed one.

This car rental company is irresponsible and unprofessional. I booked and paid for a rental. The company cancelled the rental less than 12 hours without a reason and with no notice. They affected my 2 day trip and it is too late cancel my hotel reservations. Now I have to pay though I won't be there. Called the Europcar hotline. Was on hold for 30 minutes - no one answered.

Good and fast service. They speak english besides German.

DISASTER ORGANIZATION! Nobody here knows what the other is doing !? Call the "headquarters" twice to make sure that a vehicle is available - which I was promised to be free. In order to see and book this, I traveled there for an extra 30 minutes to then hear that the car had long since been rederved. But another vehicle could become available the next in a place 50km away, but only to be picked up by myself. But it turned out that it is not free after all or that it cannot be delivered here. Likewise, such a vehicle may become available from another location on the next working day - after a bit of waiting it turned out that it was already being rented again. What should I think of that now - congratulations 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️
