Fast & efficient

I can really recommend this branch of "enterprise rent-a-car". Current vehicles at really fair prices and contract conditions. Anyone who has a particular concern about the vehicle to be rented will certainly be given the best advice here. Booking the vehicles is completely unproblematic here. In addition, the team at "enterprise rent-a-car" is always a friendly and good contact. Since I feel that I am in good hands here as a customer, I will only book the vehicles I want here. My ratings for this branch of "enterprise rent-a-car" are full 5 stars, which mean "excellent" on Google Maps 😉👍‼ ️

The Bully was only available three hours later than ordered and then the promised discount for compensation was not granted and instead something was deducted from the deposit. Cheeky for the price.

Had a very bad experience with this branch. When we picked it up, there was no indication that the car was not on site but at VW on Detmolder Strasse, despite a previous call. The counter was not manned for more than 30 minutes when it was returned, so that the key could only be deposited. As a result, there was a wrong billing and more than double the price was charged. The money was only transferred back after photos of the fuel bill and the final mileage were presented. Not a trace of goodwill, which I can certainly expect with this anger and additional effort. Today, 2 months (!) After renting, I'm still waiting for the bill. Despite several inquiries in the last few weeks, no reaction, apparently one is simply being ignored. I just want the bill :(
