Great advice and a competent and above all correct team.
I've been there for a long time. At first only because of the tires. Since they've been away in Frankfurt for repairs. Was always satisfied. They look at the problem with common sense and don't cost anything unnecessarily expensive. That creates trust.
I can highly recommend it.
When I changed the wheels today (16.10.20), the balancing was carried out without an order, what are these rip-off methods? An imbalance was reportedly found on 4 almost new bikes that were only ridden for 2 months.
Unfortunately, the branch manager of the branch could not find an answer to my complaint. At least I didn't have to pay for balancing after my complaint. For me, First Stop died after this experience.
