We go to Hannmann's regularly and have always been given very friendly and competent advice, no trace of incompetence. We always found what we were looking for and often had very nice conversations with the owner. We can not understand the review of "webfan68". That borders on reputation murder. Don't let such nonsense influence you.

In 12 reviews previously submitted for this business, there is exactly one that is clearly negative. But just this one rating I can not understand. I am not a regular customer and therefore very rarely there. But I really have to say that I was greeted very friendly and really competent advice on each of my visits there. The boss really knows his way around and understands his business. Even on the smallest questions I could always be answered to my fullest satisfaction and helped. The selection is fabulous and the ambience very cozy. Every known "spirits lover" who goes shopping there is just as enthusiastic about this business as I am. I have never experienced bad handling there and there was no wrong advice with my purchases either. However, when I read some reviews, I already consider whether it is actually always the fault of the staff or the company itself and perhaps not sometimes the fault of customers who may have conveyed with their nature a wrong image or even intentions harmful nature , In a "small" shop like this one, which, as far as I know, does not belong to a chain, you should sometimes think twice about whether you let your displeasure run free on the internet or just give you a second chance and especially now at Christmas time and at the turn of the year in peace consider a restart. I really do not know anyone who has noticed something negative here and, as already emphasized above, I can only positive things about "Hannmann's wines, spirits, vinegar and oil" report.

On 29.07.19 been there. In good purchase intention .... ONE of the very many spirits tasted. Then said that the hazelnut spirit tastes good, but I think again. Wanted to buy a vial in the evening after Libori. Then we bought (as often) first 2 tasting bottles and then paid. After only ONE sample with 2 persons. Then I said the weather will hopefully get even sunnier and then the owner turned off completely. He would not give a shit about the weather, no one would come anyway. There would be nothing going on in the street. And he certainly will not open on Sundays. Everyone wants to try anyway and nothing else, only buy online. We really thought that will be immediately palpable. He really turned off completely. We paid and left, but I did not want to leave it that way and searched the conversation again. I said that he could not talk to customers like that, we would not have strained the offer of the samples, and that his behavior was rather a deterrent. He just waved off, saying I was right, but was not ready for any further conversation. I've always liked to shop there in the past - but after the experience ?! NEVER AGAIN! Such a business lives from the offer of the tasting. Of course some people shamelessly exploit that, but that's business risk. If you can not handle it, you should take the consequences for yourself and not indifferently intimidate potential customers! The guy is dangerous in my eyes !!!
