Fantastic whiskey distillery proving that Germany has a growing, dedicated and crafty community that can hold it's own in quality and taste on the world's stage.
Unfortunately they already sold out of the barrel that won the best in the world award.
However, the Westfalian Whiskey's they have on hand were amazing and won awards on their own. Had the opportunity to buy bottles from the 2014 corn barrel and a 2015 single malt. Extremely tasty!
Had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ewers the owner who was friendly, knowledgeable and kind.
They have a wide variety of Scottish bottles on hand, however since I was there only for the German Westfalian I did not pay attention to them.
In closing can highly recommend visiting the distillery.

Very nice shop, you are very well informed about the different varieties. Delicious whiskey but that is a matter of taste ;-)
We keep going back there. Is the best whiskey shop ever 👍👍👍 also Thomas Evers and his staff are very competent. As soon as the Corona measures are relaxed again and we can go to Paderborn, we will visit the MOS shop. Hopefully soon, because as I said, we have the best whiskey there 👍👍👍
