Great experiences years ago but today ... really dubious. After I announced that the case was going through the insurance company, they were no longer interested. "The insurance company must place the order." That's rubbish. You always submit the invoice yourself, but you know that on site. The conversation was extremely unprofessional for me, but the next company was happy about the order.

I didn't come to my apartment. A very friendly employee was on site within 30 minutes. He tried everything to open the door non-violently until it really couldn't be any other way. The door was then quickly opened and a new lock installed. Good price, other companies would have been more expensive (called ahead and compared prices, it stayed at the advertised price). Very serious
