Great service that we appreciate. When there are, in rare cases, something to complain about, very courteous. The only thing that bothers me is the choice of supplier. I would prefer to work with the Backfuchs because the rolls taste better there and appear fresher.

Great service that almost always works well, but in the end the dropouts are just people. We definitely don't want to do without the service anymore.
Customer for several years and very satisfied. Get bread rolls once a week in the morning. Always on time, if something can not be delivered, there's a replacement product. But rarely happens.
The idea is not bad, the implementation is miserable. The price-performance ratio is not correct. The rolls are often not delivered to the agreed location, and appropriate storage options to avoid animal infestation are not used. Sometimes the delivery just fails to appear, then you have to chop afterwards that the delivery is not calculated anyway. The service as a whole does not yet appear to be fully developed.
