The pizza there tastes really good to us and we have ordered there many times. The fact that a mistake happens is not a problem, but the service seems to have deteriorated recently (missing extra ingredients, wrong size). Today we had a really unpleasant experience with the "customer service" - both pizzas were delivered a size too small, although we explicitly stated the size. We were told by phone that we could just order something instead of looking for a constructive solution. It's a shame that they treat customers like that there.

Schwaches Telefongespräch. Lange Wartezeit aus 30 min wurden 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit. Die Mitarbeiter ohne verantwortungskraft lassen nach, machen was sie wollen.
