The replacement of my skylight was done to my complete satisfaction. From the professional offer to the qualitative and very clean execution of the contract - all the best! I can only recommend the Dachdeckerei Bracht.

unfortunately not recommended anymore ... Years ago, after the Bracht company had covered our roof to our complete satisfaction, we returned to them in August 2018 with a damage to the river. That was probably a mistake ... first, the order was accepted by phone, but no one came to see the damage, there was no further contact with the company Bracht. In autumn, the tree damage was really uncomfortable. On request, the order could not be remembered and he found himself then after a long search gaaanz down in the tray. Again we waited for help. Another 6 months and various calls later still had not done anything. Even at the beginning of the Easter holidays in 2019, nothing had happened .... Of course, the damage had become much larger in the meantime. Another roofer came 2 days after the first call to see the damage, two weeks later he was fixed. Apparently, the Bracht company is too good to carry out repairs to roofs created by them. Our next order is definitely not Bracht.

Overpriced at an hourly rate of € 49.98 plus tax for both the employee who cleans the gutter and the one who holds the ladder. Also does not adhere to verbal addresses in the offer, so everything in writing. But it's best to leave it whole.
