Really disappointed with them not having any cold drinks available in this hot weather. All the drinks that was in the fridge cooler compartment was warm, when asked why the drinks were not cold we were told that the fridge was broken, so we asked do you have ice? the answer was no! why not have bags of ice available as an option so customers can have a cold drink or better still get someone to fix the fridge so cold drinks are available.
It's a bakery so it does what it is meant to.
I had a brotchen and coffee, the brotchen was made for me as I don't eat meat on Fridays. I was not asked what sort of bread roll I wanted and I was too forgetful to think for myself (!) so I ended up with a 'cotton wool' one (not substantive) instead of my usual preference!! I did mutter to myself when I first arrived as the staff were talking to one another leaving me and other customers waiting. So what? Not a big problem but neither is it what I would have expected.
In summary will I go again? Yes of course I will - it's a handy coffee shop, normally quicker than other cafés in the Sud Ring and the filter coffee tastes good!!
Nice and friendly. The cakes are lovely .
With the first bun I thought, that can happen, but the second bun unfortunately looks just as bad. The best is missing. That was the first time I was at this bakery and for me probably the last time. Right under these air holes is the crust. Absolutely no pleasure!
How some customers treat the salespeople is just outrageous! You do a great job there and always have a lot to do! Was there with my mother for a coffee and heard several times how the salespeople were turned on there! And unfortunately they are not even allowed to say anything ... sad
