From the super friendly staff to the super good quality of the workshop and the cheapest gas station in the whole area, I would like to give more than 5 stars here, because here you really notice that the customer is king!
The Autohaus Lohr is a really great company with excellent service.
In emergencies and otherwise, they are always on hand when something is wrong with the car. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Refueling is also very worthwhile due to the low prices.
Yesterday we had our car repaired in the workshop and are thrilled with the new service offer at the Lohr dealership. Our car was completely cleaned, the rims polished and we were served very friendly. Mr. Menzel explained to me and my husband in detail what was done and we were also shown the defective parts in order to better understand the repair. The entire team was very attentive and the dealership is also in a very good condition. Thanks for that...
