Competent, friendly, fair. We got the lead device in short steps Expertly explained, followed by a little small talk, you felt at home. At the end we were given the short and concise loan agreement and said that if the device comes back within 24 hours, only 1 day will be charged. I haven't had that anywhere else and gives it a big plus.
