Absolute disaster! If you could distribute minus points, you would have to do this. The employed heating engineer had absolutely no idea what he was doing for us, so Vaillant had to get the heating going. In addition, he was absolutely unreasonable and more than unfriendly! The boss himself handed over the entire heating technology to him. It's really not doing yourself a favor.
