Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with the company. The first good impression was wrong. Despite active indications of defects on our part and a failed repair by the specialist company, we had to have the work on our new heating system completed by another more competent specialist company. The request for goodwill at this point was denied to us, so we alone bore the additional costs incurred. Decisive for the problems outlined above was an inadequate analysis of the situation at the renovation property by the specialist company as part of the offer phase, as we subsequently discovered. The arbitration board of the Chamber of Crafts tried to do this. The office team to praise the daughter of the house as well as the service technician Mr. R who was largely customer-oriented, therefore 2 stars. In conclusion, we find that the suggested competence and proximity to customers diminish as the margin decreases.
