Experience has shown that the company is absolutely incompetent in the IT area! They can only sell! Troubleshooting is zero. And then very unfriendly if you ask! I never buy or get advice there! The contradiction below is all the more surprising when a MR Körner introduced himself as a boss at the time. If suddenly his wife is in the place, you usually know what happened. Not among the customer base? You can see what IT competence is there!

The store is getting smaller and smaller and there are fewer and fewer choices. Instead of constantly blaming the customer or Amazon, you might want to grab your own nose and see how it can be done better. Advice very well.
