Unfortunately, I can only agree with the reviews about the unfriendly employees. When in times of Corona the unfriendly employee with black Nike T-shirt and short, thin hair rolls his eyes and reacts unfriendly when you want to pay small amounts by card. It was asked beforehand whether this was okay but the "nice" gentleman did not react. Maybe he should be aware that his salary is paid even with small amounts :) Experience from the retail sector sends his regards. I will avoid this kiosk in the future, because the mask requirement is not taken seriously here, but what should you expect if the employees accept contactless payment so negatively and do not point out the obligation to customers without masks. It's a shame.

Good range of magazines, but such an unfriendly and incompetent saleswoman. She yelled at a young asylum seeker because he didn't know how the process of buying a coffee works here. I then asked her whether she could be a little friendlier and whether she yelled at him because of his nationality. Then she told me I knew everything better anyway. I then just told her that you don't deal with people that way and that it is outrageous. I will not enter this shop again.

The rudest and most disrespectful saleswoman ever works there. You say what you want and have bought there several times and it is then cheekily asserted "we didn't have it", although it is obviously there. Then you make them aware that they have it and get the answer "the customers always think they are right". When she notices her mistake, she doesn't even get an apology. Then you order a large coffee in a large mug and when you want to get the coffee from the machine she comes running and starts to bark "are you kidding me, you ordered a small coffee and pressed for a large coffee" ... Please, What?!?!? Then she wanted to ban me from the house without giving me my money back from the coffee ... I'm really sorry, but such people do not belong at a till or in a business with customer contact at all!
