Very good service
I haven't lived in Bensheim for some time and still remain loyal to the Strauch car dealership, as the employees are always courteous and very helpful, no matter what. I feel very comfortable here with my i10 and the service is just great, I can only recommend it to everyone.
I ordered an I20 from the dealership. The first contact in the dealership was friendly and courteous even though there was no coffee :-) Finally, I decided to order an I20.
Unfortunately, the vehicle did not arrive on time for the forced delivery date and contacting the dealership by phone / email was a bit difficult. I was able to clarify this on site and was of course partly due to the pandemic.
Now the vehicle has arrived. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about the equipment. And there I come to the point why I have to give the dealership 5 instead of 4 stars. The dealer had an accommodating solution ready, which he did not even have to provide, but submitted it to me anyway. This was a maximum customer-friendly offer which I have to give high credit.
Now I hope that the handover of the vehicle will go smoothly, but I am confident.

I bought a new I 30 N Fastback 2 months ago. The advice had met the requirements very well and you are also taken seriously as a "younger" customer. I already have 4000 km and I'm still as satisfied with the car as when I was picked up!
The car was handed over on the day of pick-up with a remaining range of approx. 10 km, here I would have been happy to have at least a half full tank.
I was very satisfied with the purchase and would also recommend it to friends!
