It's a total disappointment for me

At the beginning of December I ordered my young Opel model Astra K from Autohaus Kurländer.
The friendly sales team provided very competent advice. All questions were answered adequately and very well.
I was pleased that despite a tight time window thanks to the seller's commitment, the delivery could still take place in 2020.
The vehicle was very well prepared and could be handed over in TOP condition.
Overall, the handling in the limited times was great.
A week ago we bought our new family car from Kurländer. The advice was great, the seller absolutely competent and very friendly, hygiene measures were observed. The processing was completely uncomplicated and the seller could be reached immediately by phone if there were any questions later.
When picked up, the vehicle was in perfect condition, clean down to the last corner. I've bought cars at a dealership several times, but I've never seen it so perfect. Very high praise, the buyer is happy!
We are super satisfied and would always buy from Kurländer.
One star is actually too many. Lousy customer service. Documents are requested for the financing, an appointment is made for the registration and suddenly it is said that the car has been sold. It's absurd for me and I've never seen it like this before !! No recommendation
