- Missing spare wheel - 100.00 € charged -
1x van bought with 25Tkm for 21,450 €!
At that time there were 4x similar ones to choose from on the pitch. Unfortunately, it was subsequently determined that no spare wheel was inserted despite the bracket installed. The other vehicles had a spare wheel installed and the sales advertisement had shown no difference in this regard. As a courtesy, I was offered a new bike for € 100.00. When trying to pick it up, it was suddenly not available - the fitter said "I'll go out and see if the other transporters have installed a suitable one, then we'll take one of these". There wasn't a transporter in the yard that didn't have a spare wheel installed that day ...
This sentence probably explains how it all came about.
What a shame! Nevertheless, thank you for a new spare wheel for 100.00 €!
For this reason alone, I am doing the upcoming inspections elsewhere. My company will probably not become a business customer either.
Other than that, I was perfectly happy with the way the sale went!
Professional advice and a great workshop. Here you feel very well cared for. Employees are very competent and friendly.
