Not recommended Despite having booked an appointment on the website, we obviously didn't have an appointment. The seller told us straight away that he had an appointment in 5 minutes. Obviously nobody there is interested in selling a car. The 5 minutes we had didn't really help us because the seller obviously had no technical knowledge. His statement was: we don't have any information about the new electric cars ourselves. We will certainly not buy our company vehicles here, nor will we use the workshop.

Do not recommend! I drove 60km from Frankfurt to the booked date to change tires, but the dealership tells me that tires are still stored in other branches / Weinheim, the MA dealership should have informed me beforehand, but it hadn't happened. No apologies from the dealership and they'll give me a new appointment. Reception staff not friendly either

Very friendly support, always on the customer's side. Service is very important here when it comes to vehicle sales. Unfortunately we cannot say anything about the workshop yet but think that you are in good hands there too.
